Overview: Follow these simple steps to connect your SoarPay high risk merchant account to your Odoo shopping cart using Authorize.net. This setup allows you to securely accept customers’ credit card payments and start processing immediately.
Step 1: Get Approved for a Soar Payments Merchant Account
Once approved, you’ll receive a Welcome Email containing your Authorize.net Login ID, Transaction Key, and Signature Key.
Step 2: Enable Authorize.net in Odoo
- Log in to your Odoo dashboard.
- Navigate to the Website, Accounting, or Invoicing tab (depending on your Odoo version).
- Go to Configuration > Payment Providers.
- Locate Authorize.Net in the list, set its State to Enabled.
Step 3: Enter Your Credentials
- In the Credentials tab, enter the API Login ID, Transaction Key, and Signature Key provided in your Welcome Email.
- Set your Display Name (e.g., “Credit/Debit Card”).
- Click Generate Client Key to create the API Client Key.
Step 4: Start Processing
