If your company has been in business in the last 90 days, submit copies of your three most recent business bank statements. For new businesses, submit the owner’s three most recent personal bank statements.
If your company has accepted credit cards in the last three months, submit scanned copies of your three most recent credit card processing statements. For businesses without recent credit card processing history, nothing is required.
Provide a sample customer contract that includes pricing, services offered, and a credit card authorization form.
Provide copy of your business formation documents such as a Certificate of Formation, Business Name Registration, Articles of Incorporation, or Articles of Organization.
An FFL is required if your business is selling, manufacturing, or importing firearms or destructive devices. An FFL is also required for business manufacturing or importing ammunition, or ammunition for destructive devices. We will also require an FFL if your business is selling 80% completed lower receivers, or black powder weapons / ammo.
An ARC bond is required if your business is selling airfare or providing airfare brokering services.
You may provide proof in the form of photos, invoices of recently purchased inventory, or an agreement with a fulfillment service company if using a third party to deliver goods.
